???? CSR Job Responsibilities:

• *Greet clients with a smile and provide excellent customer service
• *Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client inquiries
• *Assist veterinarians and technicians with administrative tasks
• *Maintain accurate records and ensure client information is up to date
• *Help keep the reception area and waiting room clean and organized

???? Qualifications:

• *Previous experience in a veterinary or customer service role preferred
• *Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• *Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• *Attention to detail and a passion for animal care
• *Proficiency with computer systems and basic office software
• *Positive Attitude and a Desire to be a part of a team dynamic!
• *Reliability and Dependability is required.
